In my 15+ years of self exploration I have embarked on various trainings, courses, and experiences all with righteous leaders in their fields. My inner journey has risen from ancient yogic lineages to more modern facial manoeuvre techniques. I have embodied various tools and rituals to guide me on my healing journey with a wide range of explorations such as deep energy healing, talking therapy, somatic movement, sacred plant ceremonies, shadow work, shamanic healing, earth wisdom, as well as being part of multiple sister containers with my own mentors and guides.

Myself and thousands of others women have experienced the magnitude of these tools and that’s how I know they work. I have full faith they can bring your life into total alignment too.

After a dysfunctional childhood growing up in foster care and being separated from my family at a young age I truly never knew that a life of fulfilment and contentment could exist. It was never modelled to me in my earlier years.

And so the fact that I am here now sharing my journey into harmony is evidence of these protocols which I am here to share with you.

We all have a profound grandness inside of us. It’s always been there. It's our birth right to connect with our higher self and shed the layers of conditioning standing in our way of total alignment and abundance. 

In daily life I am grateful to utilize various tools, practices and rituals to harness embodiment and presence. I'm so excited to share these ways with you so that you too can nourish your nervous system and enhance your overall experience of life.
