1:1 Fascia Manoeuvre
Myofascial release and fascial movement techniques designed to:
- Reduce tension + stiffness
- Improve mobility
- Support injury recovery
- Enhance lymphatic flow
- Regulate the nervous system
This work is both structural and subtle. Fascia holds physical tension and emotional imprint - when we release restrictions, the whole system recalibrates.
Ideal if you:
- Feel tight, heavy or restricted

- Want deeper tissue release than yoga alone provides

1:1 Sound Healing
A deeply restorative experience using therapeutic sound frequencies to:

You’ll lie comfortably while immersed in vibration and resonance.
This is not passive relaxation -it is cellular-level recalibration.
