Illumination from shadow into the light of truth...
Reclaim sovereignity as soul.
Ways To Work Together
You can journey with me through various containers including private 1-on-1 mentorship, group containers, or public classes and workshops. I also offer 1-on-1 somatic sessions.
Private 1-on-1
Deeply personalised spaces for transformation. This can be one session, or more. It's fully unique to each person!
Group Mentorships
Intimate online group covens, where we come together for a period of time to connect in deep rememberance, ceremony, ritual, meditation, embodiement and integrative sessions depending on the theme of the container.
Public Classes
Under One Heart Wellness, I offer accessible, consistent connection through group public classes:
Hi beautiful, I'm Natalie.
With years of experience in energy healing, rose teachings, fascia manoeuvre, yoga and breathwork, sound healing, reiki healing, and holistic wellness - I blend science, intuition, and embodiment to support your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual alignment. I believe that everyone has their own unique soul blueprint, rhythm, wisdom, and energy; and my mission is to help you honour that as you reclaim your personal sovereignty.
I’m here to share the teachings of the Rose and help you reconnect with your divinity within. Through various tools and methods, I help you release old patterns which are not serving your highest good, reconnect to the sacredness of your body, and to reawaken your inner power.
Whether you are here to reconnect with God and your higher self, find clarity, or deepen your self-love, I provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for you to heal, grow, and thrive. Together, we’ll awaken your power, balance your nervous system, and guide you back to a life of joy, freedom, and radiant embodiment.
Core themes in my teachings are: ILLUMINATE - LIBERATE - EXPAND
